Hey Camera is a simple way to capture photos and videos using your voice.

You can use voice commands to -
• Take a photo
• Start/stop a video recording
• Reverse the camera
• Enable/disable camera flash

The voice commands are configurable via settings, allowing you to set your own phrases to perform camera actions. Voice recognition works offline on iOS 13 and higher. Siri Shortcuts are available for taking a photo or starting a video recording - Hey Camera is controllable using Siri!

The app also functions as an excellent camera without using voice commands, and provides an intuitive way to preview and share media.

Not working

Caught my first fish for two years from a difficult low stock water and the app didn’t work. What was wrong with the old version? Why do so many things change for no reason?

The solution for solo fishermen

So pleased to have found this app now when I catch that big fish and need to capture the moment I can , with both hands full of fish voice command solves the problem.

Rubbish

Worked ok at first then I tried to show my wife and it didn’t work what a load of ______

Was great

Had this app for sometime. Worked great. Got the latest version and it doesn’t work anymore. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Go one the web site and it asks if you have problems to write them in comments section but you can’t (its disabled). Shame was a great app.

Voice command issue

I have been using this app for fishing and up to now it’s been a great tool to have. However last night when I tried to use it I found that the commands now longer worked. Not sure if this has it do with the recent IOS upgrade. I also noticed that if I try to change a word/phrase that it does not always accept the change Please please please can you fix this. iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 15.0.2 Mike

A really handy app for a one armed chap!

Makes for much better compositions when you don’t have to worry about pressing a shutter button. One little problem I have found is that the geo tagging feature won’t work for me (option is switched on in settings).

Doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones.

Can’t take a picture unless you’re near the phone or if you shout at it. On iPhone at least three headphone mic isn’t recognised.
