I love that my coffee is already waiting for me when I pass by my favourite café :)

Welcome App voucher has been ignored & I was charged the full amount. My attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Customer Support were unsuccessful & few months later the issue is still not resolved. I’m deleting the app & will never use it again. What a scam!

It charged me twice for my order. Difficult to contact customer service

Hi team I love the app, but reporting a bug But since last update, when reordering favorites it keeps adding 1x equal/sweetener onto the order - on top of the 1x sugar I normally have Can this be fixed?

I used to love this app, but now every time I reorder my favourite coffee it adds an equal sweetener to the coffee. So to use it need to enter an order from scratch every time which is a pain.

The update keeps crashing the app. On the payment page it says the payment doesn’t go through. After attempting 5 times it finally goes through to my card but the app doesn’t acknowledge it charged me. I feel risky waiting for my order at the cafe as I am unsure if it went through correctly.. or even how many times it went through.

Just can’t get the new version to work. I now go elsewhere from my usual HeyYou shop.

I use Hey You every day. But ever since the update a few weeks back, favourite coffees don’t save properly. So I have to manually enter the same details every morning, no matter which cafe I go to. Not only that but I emailed support and they told me it was the cafe’s fault for changing their menu (not true). Please change it back!!

I ordered via the app and the cafe didn’t confirm the order for at least 10mins. I left the area and was subsequently charged. The Hey You support team refused to review the order history and defended the cafe.

The latest version doesn’t remember anything like size, sweetener etc in favourites. I have to enter these every time and it’s caused me to order coffees incorrect my, very annoying!!
