The biggest junk ever can never get it to work

Unlike Move Scooters there is no way to remove cards from your wallet which is inconvenient

I have tried using my card instead of my wallet but I cannot “choose my card”. So I have to add money to my app wallet but then I need to have atleast 8.5 dollars in my apps wallet. At this point I just want my card removed.

Whenever you start up the bike or end your ride, there is an amazingly loud, incredibly annoying cartoon voice that comes up over speakers imbedded in the bike, letting everyone around you know what’s happening. Not great for late night in residential areas. Also, it restricts movements. The law states you’re not allowed going over 25 km/h in Halifax on an e-scooter. Instead of letting you, the rider, make that decision, if you start going downhill and gravity picks you up and takes you past 25, the bike starts making an incredibly loud, annoying beeping, and then applies breaks for you. Lastly, they charge you just for turning on the bike. Regardless of how far you take it. Like charging you for the pleasure of charging you to use the bike.

When they force you to top up, the unused spending ends up doubling up your cost. I’d characterize this as sneaky cash grab.

I picked up and dropped the scooter at the same location but it wouldn't let me end the ride. It took 5 mins to figure it out and the. I was able to end it in the middle of the road into the hotel. I shut it down and then moved it off to the sidewalk and it was fine.

Need to rethink your charging plan or schedule before you release a service. No scooters available this weekend 👍
