What app ever doesn’t work at all

Downloaded app for my new scooter - first screen has one button at bottom that says log in and register - how can I log in if I haven’t registered yet???? I have no way to log in!!! Please fix this - I see nothing but complaints about this very same issue all through these reviews

The app won’t even let me register as a new user or create an account. Tried using the website to create one and then log in on the app and nothing. Please update and fix your apps! This scooter is very nice to have such a bad app.

The app doesn’t really add much. Many improvements should be made to include: - trip/location milage - reset trip odometer - lock the speed setting so that a rider can’t go faster then what is set. Good for kid control. With these the app would be worth using, otherwise I really don’t see too much value.

Can’t even connect my scooter to this app

The app is pretty useless. You can’t see much in it but current location, basic settings and odometer. I’ve had cheap e-bikes with better apps. Hiboy needs to do better with the size of their footprint.

I can’t connect my scooter to the app. It just says I need to reset it.

I like this app because it works well to control and lock scooter
