The App will only be useful to you once your organization has been setup with compatible readers and your security administrator can issue Mobile IDs.
To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the app is not open. Location Services is used exclusively for this purpose.

App keeps reinstalling

Deleted app from phone but randomly reinstalls to my device

Much improved

Previous versions could sometimes be slow but newer versions showing obvious improvements

Great app

Works really well in my work building as we have changed recently from a card based system.

Good app, easy to use

Very good app and easy to use.

Runs battery down like crazy

Requires location & Bluetooth turned on and set to ‘always’ to work. Severely runs down battery. Barely works.

Trashes battery life

This app destroys the battery life, constantly requesting GPS location in the background. Get a solution that uses native NFC APIs, not a GPS/BL background app.

Major Improvements in Latest Release

The App is much more reliable for me now, it works with Tap and Twist and Go every time!

Does not work if Apple Pay set up

If you have any cards set up on Apple Pay the app does not work in the background unless you open up the app first. This is slow and renders the efficiency of having it on your phone pointless. If you have Apple Pay set up it just tries to open the door with the debit or credit card set up on Apple Pay. This needs resolving

Poor

This app used to work quite well on my iPhone & Apple Watch But now it is very temperamental & I have to have app open on screen (not in case) and often on using it, the display changes from the HID mobile access to my stored credit card for Apple Pay !

Works but is slow on IOS

I have been using this for a few weeks now. It does work on IOS but is slow to open doors compared to existing proximity cards. Possibly due to Apple Pay always opening first. Would help massively if you added an email address for app support as I’ve been getting an error message: “Failed to update mobile ID - the secure element is currently busy”. Help?
