If you would like to start using HID Mobile Access® in your organization please visit http://www.hidglobal.com/services/mobile-access to learn more about the service and compatible readers. The App will only be useful to you once your organization has been setup with compatible readers and your security administrator can issue Mobile IDs.
To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the app is not open. Location Services is used exclusively for this purpose.

Does not support all HID key fobs

I have no more keys except for this ugly large fob. Was hoping I'd be able to add it to wallet.

Concept is great execution is not there

Far to slow to be detected by readers at the door. Impact is users standing around waiting to badge in.

Simple to use but one issue…

Requires location services set to always to be able to use without the app opened. I have tried every possible combination of settings, but always/always is the only way to get it to work. So it’s an inconvenience to have to unlock the phone and then open the app.

It wants to track you all the time.

The watch app doesn’t work unless you set the app to all it to always track you.

Wallet and cold !

When will the mobile card be in the wallet? And when will new signo readers work in the cold? It's already been a year of waiting!!

It’s OK, but should really support the Wallet

This app is mostly okay, a bit of a hacky implementation using BT instead of a proper card scanner. It would be miles better if it allowed you to add a card to the wallet and use that instead, but I’m not sure if that would work with existing readers.
