Actualización apesta
Estaba funcionando muy bien pero con las ultimas actualizaciones falla demasiado, la configuración remota es casi imposible realizarla y las fechas y horarios los configura mal
Seguridad sin complicaciones
Como empresa de seguridad, esta herramienta me facilita el monitoreo remoto de los equipos. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Es muy útil para realizar operaciones de forma remota
Aun no componen error de playback
Llevo casi un mes indicando el error si intentar formatear Micro sd en cámaras ipc-c120D/W y tampoco puedo revisar grabaciones de eventos. Soporté Syscom me indicó formatear tarjetas vía web y re instalar un firmware ya existentes. Insisto la falla es en su plataforma. Favor de revisar sus actualizaciones

Puedo administrar todos los dispositivos instalados y monitorear el estado de los mismos, es una aplicación muy funcional.
Robusta pero difícil de usar
La App es bastante completa y robusta pero no es muy intuitiva más si no eres un usuario habitual o acostumbrado a entornos PC o IT
