Deconncts exactly when you need it the most to work and puts you to change your password again . Whyyyyyy????

Motion detection

Love this app but can’t seem to save changes to the motion detection settings. I can’t turn them off, change areas etc the save button is there but doesn’t let you push it

Fantastic app saves time

Great app well done Hikvision it saves me time and queries after installing your products.

Latest update broken

Useful software but the latest update seems to have broken advanced events. Some are now missing such as line crossing and intrusion detection. Without being able to access these it’s impossible to adjust settings such as sensitivity.

Multiple channel live view

Love the new update especially the multiple channel live view As it takes less time to do a site check

Don't work

I'm trying to set up some 4K clourvus But it asks for verification after scanning the qr code The sticker has no verification number like it's shows a example on hikvison help site. It sets up on Hik-Connect ok but can't choose h265 or record to sd card. Was told don't need separate nvr Anyway does hikvision have a contact number to work out issues?
