Poor performance for money
Why is it that when it was free it was amazing and now you’ve got to pay for setting privalidges it’s now absolutely useless! Can’t even set the time on a recorder remotely! Shocking

The App provides and excellent for managing multiple sites.
Awfull app
Deconncts exactly when you need it the most to work and puts you to change your password again . Whyyyyyy????

Motion detection
Love this app but can’t seem to save changes to the motion detection settings. I can’t turn them off, change areas etc the save button is there but doesn’t let you push it

Fantastic app saves time
Great app well done Hikvision it saves me time and queries after installing your products.
Latest update broken
Useful software but the latest update seems to have broken advanced events. Some are now missing such as line crossing and intrusion detection. Without being able to access these it’s impossible to adjust settings such as sensitivity.
