Horrible I can’t even turn them on and I just got them out of the box someone please explain why I can’t turn these on they are so bad and I wasted money on these horrible things sorry excuse for led lights

So there only scene, color, and timer there’s a sync box with hdmi but it doesn’t sync with the scene it’s not working at all, pretty lights tho

This app is the app that my strip LED lights say to use my QR code to scan to an operate my lights and they will not find the device-very disappointed

TV sensing switch doesn’t retain selection. + removes and - adds when adjusting the ranges. Very poor. I’m returning the PWAYTEK smart TV led backlight that requires this app.

I got these lights not that long ago, they would, every time I do a color I actually want(isn't red, green, yellow, or orange), it would go on two colors

I mean, the lights are really good when I first got them they were perfect. It does not sometimes work but that’s OK. I love the lights and I’m gonna keep buying them for my room every single time I get a new one or I’m gonna put it on my bookshelf on my TV, but thanks for the lights. I love them.😉

Honestly I’ve had tons of light strips from this brand and they’re awesome and I love all the features, but I just honestly have no idea how to pair two strips to one group so if I change the color it changes them both .

i’ve tried sooo many times but it won’t connect😐 it’s their brand but it’s trash.

I accidentally deleted the app and tried to connect back to it but it’s not finding the device even when I put the phone next to it

Personally I am baffled why there is a lot of low star ratings. That did concern me when I finally started hanging up my lights after months of not being able to. Once it was up, I used the remote control first, then decided to give the app a try. Works absolute wonders for me, like it couldn’t have made me happier. I am guessing many people expected it to be much more than they think, but as personal honest review, I love it to bits. Hope to keep these lights safe and be used for a long time.
