The concept is great but the app is so poor and lagging EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I got a book from the book fair I got the app. I scanned the hippo and it did not work. I don’t know what happened. I hate this app so much.

I loved this app two years ago but now that i re-downloaded it again, there’s no sounds at all and it lags so much! My daughter was very disappointed. Please fix this.

I love this game or app but it lags a lot my little sister loves the story but it’s always lagging so it moves the screen also my iPad is heavy and I have to always carry it when I hear the story so I don’t have proper fun so in the future please don’t make us scan the screen thank you

Time to time you have to refresh it so that the story will download. Taking up to much time

The overall idea is good, sound is good, drawing is good. However, the animation is flowing in the air from time to time whenever our child move the camera off the book and come back.

We bought 3 books but the app just does not scan the book cover to proceed. Have allowed access to the camera but the app keeps glitching. The in app support feature also doesn’t work. Complete waste.
