I can’t get app to work

waste of time!!!!

Don’t download it!!! It just waste of time!

Just downloaded the app

I just downloaded the app for my daughter for Christmas because she received a Christmas present from family that needed this app to help make it 3-D, and the camera on it will not work. I’ve made sure that my settings allowed to have the camera access and everything but it is completely black both front and back and you can’t do anything with it. I have tried restarting the app and the phone and it still doesn’t show anything for the camera.

App does not work

Unable to scan any book in the app to use Augmented Reality because camera inside the app doesn’t work. Entire screen is black.

No longer works

I’ve used this before and it worked alright. Now when I try to use it with my books all I see is a black screen. My 4 year old won’t stop asking to use it and complaining that it doesn’t work.

Scan screen is black

The scan screen is black and I can’t scan my books. Basically, it is useless.
