I used Hitch many times between different cities in TX. Even airports. They are almost always on time and reliable. I and my friends find Hitch as the most economical and go-to option for inter-city travel.

Easy Rides, Best alternative for regular people who hitch

The rides are smooth. Just need to be at the location on time and they’ll drop at the destination. Hope they could increase the stops in Houston. A little bugs in the app, hope they could fix it soon and pick up pace to make it a good app. However after the ride is booked, everything is smooth.

Worst cars and drivers!! Not safe!

It was me with my family and I paid like $200 for a intercity ride for 4 people. The driver refused to pick us and started abusing. His car was really messed up and refused to let us in. Hitch did not take any action did not respond to my messages. In return, Hitch kept saying they can’t schedule another cab.

Affordably easy

I have booked several hitch rides and I must say it’s the most economical and comfortable option available to me as a student so far. They also have a prompt customer service that resolves issues within 2 minutes.

Good app

Worth downloading and really cheap rides. I always travel from Houston to Austin using this app only. Only faced problem once but that was because of driver and not the app. So overall good
