Not the best one I’ve used. Barcode scanner hasn’t worked once so I need to manually input everything. When I’m eating the same meal doesn’t recognise when I’m typing it in.

Going back to MyFitness Pal! Scanner doesn’t work, neither does the camera, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max! How do I get a refund!?

Wanted to try this app out and it offered a 3 day free trial. Normally I would not go for this but it stated I would get a reminder once the free trial was nearly up. I did not receive the notification and have been charged £9.99 for a week. Even though you can get a years subscription for £17.99. This app is a con.

I love the app and how cheap it is. However like every other apps, this one has the same problem and I hope you can fix it. There is no meal plan to gain weight and muscles. Being underweight is as bad as being overweight. I wish you all make a plan for people like me willing to gain weight and not losing it

I purchased the app but unfortunately I can not see any info on how to use. I couldn’t find the edit or any way to delete the item that I had copied into my meal about four time? I have ask customer service but no reply. Can’t see any information to how I can my money back!

The bar code reader doesn’t work at all if you want it to work you have to uninstall it and then reinstall it, then it will work once or twice and then it will pack up again, don’t waste your money!

Free download but can’t use the app unless you pay. Waste of time. User beware!

Been using this app for about six months and it can be very frustrating. Trying to find a product should be easier, for example choosing Coke Zero can should bring this up first followed by the other varieties like bottle 500ml etc. instead the first 30 odd choices are the Cokes from restaurants and supermarkets. The barcode reader doesn’t work with iPhone 15 pro either, as the macro mode blurs the focus and a user shouldn’t have to switch that off the use this particular facility on the app Will continue to use it, but hope improvements come quickly before I have to give it up and choose something else
