Sync Issue

We buy smart watch to avoid carrying phone all the time but sync is not taking place every now and then. Some BT gets disconnected on its own. Hope they can fix the Bug.

App show network problem issue

App takes soo much time to connect internet wheather i hv good connection internet. It is showing network problem error again and again. @Hiwatch must solve thus bugs

I used watch for two day after two days in app i tried to change wallpaper it is showing network request failed but my network is working good I tried its a glitch i tried after a day but it isn’t working i feedback to them but they were not giving answer…..😭😭
