Why is there a passcode? The app and instructions say nothing about a passcode

Can’t change time or date. Applications don’t work or the ones you need don’t exist
Hi Watch
Band broke in 3 days of gentle use. Instructions sheet is not very helpful or complete. How do I change it to English from Spanish? Full charge doesn’t even last one day. Basically a poor product. Cannot find an address or phone number so I can return it per yhr guarantee.

Texting!!
Can’t text saying it’s not connected but when I try anything else it works and can’t download apps on it good for time and calling but not texting or app
Could not even register the app!
The Registration portion on the app tells me I am already registerd. The Login portion tells me I am not registered and will not allow me to continue. The watch is useless and a waste of money.
