Absolutely a joke company, they charge 9£ to verify your and reject your application with the excuse that you have a CCJ when I never had one and have proof for that. Obviously they don’t refund and they tell you that just after you purchase.

Very disappointed
Prices claimed to be cheap and then when I joined they went way up! Took my £9.49 off me and then when I tried to book a car the credit wouldn’t come off. I’ll stick with zipcar

Amazing service! Really convenient
Bad first experience
Hired without issue. On the morning was alerted the hire would start soon. No location information was available and so had difficulty finding the car. Owner never replied. Then when trying to connect, the app crashed multiple times. Live chat with an agent revealed the tracking tech had been unresponsive for three days and so they believed the car had been tampered with. It would have been nice to know that there was a problem with my hire three days ago so I could have made alternative plans. The app should notify users when there is an issue. 2 stars only because I was refunded and credited £15 on the spot. I can see how it works for most, but unfortunately my first experience was a circus.

Great app easy to follow
Infuriating
The search function in this app is so incredibly infuriating. It fails to hold or remember your location, pick up date/time and drop off date/time, requiring you to repeatedly enter it over and over again. You can’t check a car in or out if you have no network (e.g. in an underground car park).
Lovely drive
This car is very nippy and god on fuel and would definitely hire it again. My only issue was the last person to use it, left it dirty inside. An due to the time I bought it back (00:34) I could not hoover & clean the interior and made me feel bad. Because whoever has it next , have the same dirty car . So I must say ….. sorry .

Air bnb for cars Can you make it more simple to see what I paid for a book please. Or where invoices are kept, or something
STAY AWAY
Especially from the auto lock vehicles. The Bluetooth connection WILL fail and you WILL need to speak to customer service over live chat every time you want to start the engine. They do not take 3 mins to get back to you, they take an hour each time.
