服務冇進步冇改善的售票平台
空談公平公正，平台冧機，完全入不到，不斷被彈出，「請您耐心等候」不是等咁簡單，係要留意住是否被彈出，彈出後又要不放棄的再入，入完又等，最後都係四個字「全部售罄」。
垃圾
一早入咗買飛界面，到時開賣就話有各種error。訂票電話又打唔通。根本處理唔到流量。垃圾server，廢柴app。
太垃圾了
浪費一天時間，打了一天電話無法接入，APP和網頁刷新一天，浪費十個小時，最後全部售罄。垃圾，垃圾，垃圾！
Breakdown crash is normal events
You will never be able to get your tickets coz the site continues crashing down and kicking you out. Amazing lol
Not friendly
Tried to buy concert tickets via app starting from 10 am. All it said was 504 Gateway timed out for over 3 hours, then after we got in, waited over 3 hours and it said access denied because have exceeded the frequency for entry… terrible website and app!!!
Worst ticketing app in hk
Waste everyone’s time, server is always down, no queue like klook, no artist should use this platform to sell tickets

做咗咁多年都咁，成日死link, load 唔到，sold out 嘅concert 撳入去又會繼續俾你排隊，黐黐地線又有錢賺嘅垃圾網

app又用唔到，網站又入唔到，所有嘢都唔得，report app problems又唔可以，唔想賣飛就唔好做平台啦!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1粒星都唔想畀，但唔畀星sent唔到出去咋！！！！！！！！！
