Useless app, takes too long to find a taxi driver.

完全Call 唔到車
不能用外國電話登記
這個app不接納外國電話登記，所以不能設定付款方式！ 另外除電話方式可以聯絡司機外，也不能透過app 用信息溝通司機！ 對外國回港探親的人很不方便！以上都是Uber 能做到了！

Drivers cancel all the time
Don't waste your time. The drivers cancel on me everytime! Use Uber instead!

Problematic driving attitude and canceled order as soon as you want to leave comment
On December 8th at 6:13 PM, I booked a ride through your platform from The Peak to Admiralty. The driver's license plate was KK4525, and their phone number was 9364 6069. The driver accepted the order and arrived at Admiralty by 6:30. During the journey, the driver's attitude was extremely poor, and his dangerous driving nearly caused collisions with other vehicles. When I asked the driver for a receipt, he issued one using an old meter instead of providing a receipt based on the new meter's fare. Additionally, the driver wanted and picked up another passenger at only allowed drop-off area and hurried me to exit the vehicle. When I attempted to leave a comment on the platform, he immediately canceled the order. Fortunately, I have the taxi receipt and the driver's phone number as evidence. The driver's attitude was extremely problematic, and they should not be on the road. I kindly request that you follow up on this issue.
