So I express my displeasure twice.

Easy to search what I want and hv delivery

Pop ups- I don’t like it, but fine, necessary evil maybe. But pop up ads that you are not allowed to dismiss?!? With a count down, forcing u to stare at the ad- come on! I already looked- n I am not interested, this is plain hustling/ harassment. It’s really disrespectful & distasteful. They esp want to “punish” you with ads of u leave the app mid way during browsing and come back. Hey sometimes people need to check grocery list and messages while shopping. Ridiculous

The refresh of the cart is too slow

買買下野 freeze， 咩事？啊，原來又標個死人廣告出黎，無時無刻！唔係開app既時候已經標左一次喇咩！！搵緊貨又標出黎，撳撳吓想比錢又freeze app標舊嘢出黎，標完出黎仲等5秒，搞到買到邊都差的唔記得，撳錯晒制，咩鬼野設計黎㗎！！無時無刻！！搞到真係想講粗口！！用web版無咁衰。

If you live in Hong Kong this is life changing. Anything and everything at great value! Also the algorithms they have in place for add on when you checkout and suggested when you first log in are fantastic and appreciated. Well done hktvmall! 👏👏

All the pop ups are extremely annoying, especially the blocking pop ups. I am getting ready to buy from your site stop showing ads! If you are trying to sell more products, be smart about it, analyze search history and show more of those products, look at what Amazon does. Also I do not want to enable notification, stop asking!
