Scam
This app is a scam. I have a very bad experience. I tried a 7 day free trial with 1 year subscription of amount Rs. 6,200/- and it was mentioned that u can cancel ur subscription at any time during the 7 day free trial and no amount will be deducted from ur account and so I canceled my 1 year subscription on the last day of the free trial but still Rs. 6,200/- for 1 year subscription got debited from my bank account. And now I can’t even use the 1 year subscription VPN and won’t even get my refund of Rs. 6,200/-. I tried to reach the customer helpcare by sending a mail and they sent me back a mail mentioning that one of their support agents will respond soon but nah! Not one of them tried contacting. Please look into the matter HMA 🙏🏻.
