Has been a customer for years but the bad performance and lack of support over the last months has sent me to a competitor. The VPN does not support BBC iPlayer use from outside UK. I have two support cases about this but no reply from the company

Jeg har benyttet HMA i tre år nå, på min Macbook Pro, iPhone og iPad. Har vært på mange reiser i Europa og Asia. Jeg har aldri hatt problemer av noe slag. Kundeservice er fremragende.
Works usually fine, BUT out of the sudden only spinning… all Wi-Fi traffic blocked, even if you registered as trusted network. Reboot etc didn’t help, deactivate account solved it - which of cause is against its purpose! Contacted support when it happened a few days ago, no response. And now it happened again… sigh…
they make you pay for an app that sucks. You don’t even get to try it for free to see if you really want to pay these thieves or NOT
