HNB Digital Banking

This app is worst now and Sri Lankan banks thinking is weird. They try to curtail all options we can get from AI or VR. I found HNB app has stopped option to get a screen shot and share to receiver end. I am moving to NTB.. more versatile.

Good app but hopefully the ONE STAR RATING will make sure you notice the review. Bring back the screenshots. So many complaints about the app already.

Please bring back screenshots capabilities. All was good until this last update. It’s annoying to not able to take a screenshot of my own transactions

it been Quit a most Convenient and better banking app than the Competitions. but after the new Update i can't anymore conveniently hit a screenshot. this i believe might been advised as a better security solution but this has consumed our convenience.

Why the app was blocked screenshots. As a person doing business transactions all over the day I really need that option. Very disappointed.

I still maintain this app to be ever so user friendly - and now moved my PFC account too to HNB. Transition , fully complete . New update makes screen shots not possible . Would you consider turning that on ? Or, as an alternative- give us the option of using a picture output ? The app has all the security features - so only the user can actually take the screenshot .. Pictures makes it much easier to communicate (specially when shared over WhatsApp , easily visible ) and also , I do need to send to elderly who don’t have / not used to PDF… For your consideration , please . Thank you !

The app was so cool, unfortunately from the recent update taking screenshots is blocked, very disappointed with the recent update.

I’ve been a happy user of this app for a long time and I genuinely love how easy it is to manage my banking. But the recent update blocking screenshots is too much. Sometimes I need to take screenshots to save transaction details, and now I have to find awkward workarounds. I understand security is important, but this feels like overkill. Please consider a better solution. I love the app, but this change has been really frustrating.
