I have been trying to take subscription from Denmark for the last 7 days. No OTP is coming on my phone!!!! Please don’t tell me to write to support. I don’t have the time!!

Horrible customer service
The contents are good.. but the customer service is horrible.. i am using from Denmark and there are many issues regarding the subscription, the customer service agent’s does not understand the problem, they keep asking the same question and cannot resolve anything. I am simply unsubscribing..
Its a fraud from hoichoi
After recharging with 999 my subscription has been deactivated within 24 hours

Cannot Cancel Subscription
Once you subscribe to this OTT there is no option to cancel subscription and you have to contact support with still no option to cancel subscription. I tried deleting account but it not even deleting.

There is a subscription issue for ios. I subscribed the one year plan but the app shows no subscription. And Hoichoi team also didn’t support.
Very poor service
I have purchased an annual subscription but am unable to login. Hoichoi team has been unable to help in 24hrs. Not worth spending money on.
