HOICHOI reflects the current state of mainstream Bengali cinema. The app experience is horrible and full of glitches. They charge a lot of money for a substandard product with substandard content and app experience. They have their own business model and target audience, and we are fed up with the below-par content.
Doesn’t stream properly, crashes, get confused with simultaneous streaming and device limit.
Never cast on chrome-cast! Poor app on all devices. Waste of money!
Subscribed from Australia and paid $5 through Apple subscription. Now can’t use this apps. Not recommended!!
Its worse for casting in the TV. I am paying every money but I cannot cast anything on the TV. It is very annoying.
There is no option to add my email address as I signed up with my mobile number in the beginning. So I contacted the customer service and I have received the worst service in my life!!!! They are asking me for email confirmation!! Like are you joking?? My concern is that I can’t add my email and you are asking my email? Are you even serious?? Then they were asking for credit card details and payment, the very first payment is due in 3 days from now, like do I time travel to the future?? Couldn’t help me to solve any issues!!!!
App should fix this problem
The app has cast function but doesn’t work. Such a waste of money
Streaming and casting (using iPhone 12, latest iOS) to Samsung TV causes the picture quality to change constantly to completely unwatchable quality. A shame compared to Netflix/Amazon primeTV/Disney+ etc. it was a waste of my money to subscribe for a year.
Great piece of collections. But i have already paid for the yearly fees for the content, I should be allowed to watch the series and contents in any zone i am traveling.
