I paid for data in Mexico but it never worked. After putting some online pressure on their customer support, I received a full refund in less than a week.
Note: my phone does meet all the requirements for an eSIM. Before I started writing harsh reviews, someone from their customer support tried to gaslight me into believing that WhatsApp was having issues, and not their product - it worked perfectly over wifi, and no other website or platform did over their data.
Easy and works like a charm
As someone who travels a lot, I’ve used Holafly several times now and never had any issues. Every time, at least once, my travel companions from other countries using other solutions, always encounters at least 1 issue with their connection whereas my connection using Holafly always works flawlessly. I can not recommend Holafly enough!
Only for the patient one
I can only recommend this company to people who can wait for the right person to acknowledge that the problem with connection is at the company and not you who is the problem. It took them 13 hours to connect my son. One day too connect me and tree days to connect my wife. But ones you on its working almost every where.
