Great service
Had terrible problems getting my eSIM to work, due to an old sim from a previous trip. However, Mayra Bueno 😎 sorted everything out with excellent instructions and clear communication. She deserves a bonus!
Great service
Juliana was amazing. I was having trouble setting up my e-sim and she was very helpful, following through my query until it was successfully resolved.
Refund
We were completely at fault as we entered an incorrect cell phone when checking if ours was compatible. Unfortunately we had to seek a refund as the phone we have was incompatible. Very grateful for the prompt fix and refund from Holafly. We are using an esim from Holafly on our other phone and the service and rang is fantastic.

I’ve been very impressed with the support Holafly have given - they’ve been able to sort my problem quickly through the chat service. Overall Holafly has been easy to get online with once I arrived at my destination and this has been invaluable for me, particularly as I’ve been travelling on my own.

I have used Holafly for 2 trips to Europe, in 4 different countries and I highly recommend! Easy to use, very reliable, even in the desert in Egypt! I could really rely on this service, when you are travelling alot it’s good to have a stable, connection that you can trust and Holafly provided that!
SCAM
Purchased a USA e-sim payed and was told it would be ain’t in email never received once I got through to support was told no order on that email and to speak to my Bank Totally disappointing Do not use unless you want to throw your money away
Do not use this service
I paid upfront for 40 days of coverage, they decided to cut off my data after 30 days, I tried to contact them but the customer service is terrible, very difficult to get in touch with someone. Don’t bother with Holafly there are plenty of other options.

Great app. No issues. Had help with e sim but that was my bad. Activated as it was supposed to. Will definitely use them again.
