Not a good provider, had to ask support and hassle for 2 hours to get hotspot to work, it’s also limited (on an unlimited plan) and there is no actuall view of the limits and when theyre reached. Will not use again

Extremely disappointing
Internet connection so poor it was unusable. Extremely poor customer support - the only answer to my ask for refund was that the issues were temporary, when they were continuing for a long time. Would not reccomend. Predatory company.
Best
The best esim, have been using 6 months already in europe and never had a problem with internet, now ordered for the next 3 months again but this time didnt received the QR code after the order but when reached to holafly help service the problem was solved in few seconds and QR code was received thank you so much for being in our life! P.S. My girlfriend is also been using 6 months and never had a problem
It’s not unlimited
If you go over certain amount of data per day, you’ll be heavily throttled, pretty much to unusable level. Fair use policy mentions 90GB/month, which is roughly 3GB/day, but we got throttled much earlier than this cap. We have tried this service in Turkey for two weeks, and came to a conclusion that we would be better off with some other service. One star.
Expensive and very unreliable
Internet speed often gets throttled to 1mbps, which often makes it simply unusable. Customer support typically comes with suggestions to restart the phone 🤣
