App doesn’t work after downloading.

The places available are not even worth swapping. Most of the listings have 1 photo (of a sunrise or building), and even if there are more photos. really poor photography. Some places show photos with stains on the wall, dirty kitchen pots etc. After looking for an hour I could not find 1 place that I was genuinely interested in.

The app is so glitchy that it’s literally unusable. I had to delete it because I couldn’t use it as it kept glitching, crashing and freezing.

Great app! Must try! Exceptional customer service! They go over the top to take care of their clients!

I got an account a couple years ago when i first heard of this and quickly saw that it was a scam — there were only a few postings and they all had similar language, I reached out to a few hosts with no response, then I posted my own fake listing. I came back to it today out of curiosity, and as many of the “real” reviews state, the app fails to let you log in lol. I got it working on web after some struggles, and there are more listings now and they seem more realistic, but none of the “popular listings” have reviews, and I went to book a popular one which had a notification saying I was lucky, it was usually booked, but of course it was showing as available every day into the future. My fake listing was still up and had no interactions. It’s a laughable claim they make that this a product with “over 1 million users”. So a it’s a poorly made app for a poorly run scam. Kinda funny to browse around I guess. But yeah, don’t give them your money lol.

I was in Dubai with only the first half of my trip booked and had issues finding hotels in the area but I checked out Holiday Swap and found an amazing penthouse loft that was within my budget without hidden fees and enjoyed the rest of my stay! The app was easy to use and communication with host was great. Will definitely use for my next trip and highly recommend.

A great must have travel app!!

I’m going to Mexico this spring and the hotel prices were insane. Holiday Swap allowed us to get a great place for an even better price.

Can’t believe how cheap some of these places are to stay! Cannot wait to use this app every holiday season 🙌🏼
