Prime yourself for success
I’m an athlete and had the privilege of working with Rod over a year where he got me to the peak of my health and fitness. He’s very detailed with his movements and covering all the bases of being strong and healthy. He’s the most experienced trainer I’ve worked with. I highly recommend signing up with Holistica and reaping the benefits of the training programs available!
Amazing app
I really enjoy being able to do the workouts on my own and on my own time. As a mother of a toddler and working fulltime makes it a little hard to find free time to exercise. This app though steps through your workouts clearly and the videos and explanations make it easy to do on your own regardless of your ability and fitness. Also I love the variety of training and programs. Some days I just feel like stretching and meditating so I just choose those programs to follow and other days I do either classes or mobility. I really enjoy following the programs. Well worth it!!
Most comprehensive mobility app out there
Using this app has completely transformed the way I workout! There are so many different exercises and programs that it has something to suit anyone looking for either better mobility, improving pain or performing better. I know my body is thanking me for it! 🔥🔥
Got me moving
As an older surfer who spends most of my day behind a desk and driving, it doesn’t help my flexibility. Rod’s programme was great to keep me moving and supple. I also attended his surf retreat at Crescent Head with Tom Carrol, a great weekend away. I’d definitely recommend Holistic Pro Health to anyone.
I’ve waited for ages & it doesn’t disappoint
I’m super happy that I can take my Holistica training with me. I’m stronger and rarely get injured now. Highly recommend if you want to live life to it’s fullest and keep on reaching goals
