My girlfriend and I had to move out of a place due to sever mould issues - luckily we were able to leave a tip for future tenants on Holmes so that anyone who might be thinking of renting our previous flat is aware of the issue! Love the idea and will definitely be posting more tips from our new place
The thinking behind this app is great. Anyone who has ever rented in London knows what a minefield it can be. I wish Holmes was available prior to renting my last flat and will definitely be using it to avoid dodgy landlords in the future !!
