The app is just ok. But if the English version had all the same abilities as the Chinese version, then it would be great.

1. 電話號碼只能綁定台灣電話，海外號碼不能使用，無法幫台灣家人網路購物。 2. 個人訊息修改，需要簡訊驗證碼，沒有台灣號碼，跟本無法更新訊息，應該提供多方選項，寄驗證碼到email. 3. 臉部辨識設定，應該簡化始用者流程，ㄧ但成功登入，應one click簡易設定，不需再有額外steps.

The signin process is utterly cumbersome. The decision to change the keyboard styles for all 3 fields is frustrating. Everyone is used to typing on a single type of keyboard across all apps. However each input field in the signup has a different keyboard orientation which makes it extremely difficult to type and error prone.

一直無法正常更新版本，我人在國外，非常不方便

最新版本，打開之後就說有更新，卻一直失敗然後又說要更新⋯請問要怎麼用呢？

下載更新後，無法開啟APP,一直說要去更新最新APP,無窮迴圈

一直呈現連線不上的狀態。

試著使用這個新版的網路app,卻一直顯示提醒訊息無法與伺服器連線。其他app都沒有問題顯然不是網路問題，我同時用iPad 和iPhone 皆失敗。
