Do not get this app it is not worth it at all I subscribed it for a trial price of $1 and they charged me a full price of $89.99 And I emailed them for a refund and they said there was no way I could refund this. They replied with a generated email there was no support team to liase with me. Then they charged me another $89.99. Horrible. Do not purchase this app.
they charge me USD $89.99 without me knowing only for me to find out from my bank. they refuse a refund and such transaction was not reflected in APPLE APP STORE. i believe that this is so APPLE won't be able to investigate them.
Don't fall into their trap of hidden subscription costs. A hidden and whopping $89.99USD for 2 months when i checked my email and bank statement, i was so shock that I immediately contact their team but to no reply! Please don't fall into the same trap as i do. And please issue me a refund because that is my only pocket money i have left during this pandemic period 😭😭😭
I was charged an annual subscription fees when I checked my bank statement when all I did was to sign up for the trial. And the worst of all, the app hung a few times and I couldn’t even log in to see my subscription until a recent update... called Apple and they said this deduction was done by their app developer end. Very misleading!
Results can be seen if one keeps at it!
I have tried for 3 weeks even after paying the 6 months package, however, the app keep hanging and can’t log my exercise after I finished the daily exercise.
How to try out the app as the trial cannot be access. Disappointed with this app
I purchased the app for yearly billing. Not able to use it at all keeps asking me to purchase. Sent email to support no replies with screenshot Useless
Such a lovely app
Pls make sure I am not charged as your trail version also required user to select the annual charges option before we can start using the trial version of your apps. This is ridiculous if I am charged. I have terminated the auto renewal subscription within half an hour after I downloaded the app. Pls ensure that I am not charged!!
