Home Linking

Not linking with Alexa. Advertises as the devices link with Alexa and once the skill is activated Alexa can not find the device. Major issue since this is marketed as a feature. Does look like no one can link with Alexa.

App constantly force closes not allowing me to use my camera functions

This app and these SAALTY Recessed lights are the worst combination ever!! I have had these lights for 4yrs and they have NEVER worked with this app! They linked up with the lights came on maybe 2 times and haven’t worked since! So now 3yrs later I”m revisiting the app with light hoping for an updated version, and now they won’t even come on at all when the app is saying they are all online!! They must be taking to someone in China!! SMDH This app and these lights are GARBAGE !!! 🤬🤬🤬

It set up fairly easily but it fails to work properly. The lights it runs are often off and unresponsive to the app. It has never worked with Alexa yet. It does seem to have most of the functionality I would want if it worked.

I think someone forgot to pay their aws bill. The app makes you register, it also shows how to add the skill to alexa. But alexa somehow doesn't connect. Long story short, this doesn't connect with alexa.

This is the only app that works with the JJC Smart LED wall Pack. It is a bluetooth mesh device. Not very functional other than color changes and timer on/off. Not seeing any dusk to dawn settings either. I have Alexa account and devices, I activated the Home Linking Skill and linked it to my Home Linking account, yet Alexa can not discover the device. Nor can I manually set it up. Unfortunately this app is imperfect.

After linking to google home it doesn’t show up on the google home list!! It confirmed as linked but it is not! What is happening?

If you’re looking at anything that needs this app, do not purchase it. No matter how good the hardware is, it’s only as good as the app that runs it. I bought a smart floodlight camera that uses this app and the light won’t work because the app won’t connect to it.

I purchased saatly brand recessed lights for my 17 foot high cathedral ceiling .This app seems to be the only way to control them, which would be ok if the app actually worked. It just crashes every time you try to open it and they won’t pair with any other app. So basically I wasted a ton of money and time. Now I have to waste even more money and time replacing brand new recessed lights because the app is garbage and they won’t work on any other app.

On my iPhone7 running iOS 15.1 the app crashes instantly. Latest version 1.4.2 still crashes on start.
