Unreliable
An expensive and unreliable product. Issues from magnetic access to App access, it had to be rebooted more frequently than the use itself. Alexa is unavailable even though it’s sold with all singing all dancing access. Very disappointing product.

Cannot acces the recordings
For a couple of days on the Dorbell, I cannot access any of the recordings. It worked good up until a week ago or so, are you aware of this issue? The app is updated, I have tried to logout and log back in and still nothing.
