After about 9 months of use the app no longer loads, I’m unable to view my camera at all, useless. Uninstalled and put my camera away. Will be trying more reputable brands.
Take a whole year to load up, if i knew how slow the app and the camara were i 100% wouldn't have bought the whole set for my house.
I’ve had my camera for about 5-6 months and it’s been great… I had to set it up cause something keep attacking my chickens. I have it recording every 30 secs for 30 secs. But my recording are NOT staying for 7 days. Even though I have the premium. And it stopped recording and now my chicken is dead and don’t know what got it… I have good signal and can’t seem to find the problem… don’t know if it’s the app or camera but definitely on y’all’s end
Well, it picked up motion sometimes. It missed the person pulling in my driveway and walking into my house but it did not miss the headlights of the car simply driving past my house. I live on a busy road and it constantly picks up headlights as motion and sends me alerts. I’m expecting someone at my house so I turn notifications off, go to look back at footage next day to see it didn’t get them pulling into my driveway but it did get a car simply driving past my house. If it hadn’t taken me sooo much to put this camera up I would be returning it - so they’re lucky about that. Get something better.
Worked well for a couple of months. Now will take forever to load and is always offline
Worked fine for a couple of months. Now it constantly needs charging and goes offline and won’t let me sign in. Repeatedly says my account doesn’t exist. Just tired of the hassle.
Just installed and starting using these cameras and they seem great however we’re noticing that only one user can receive push notifications. It would be better for us if we could both receive notifications. Please make this possible!
I don’t know if it’s the app or the camera but I’m assuming it’s the app— but there’s so many problems. I’m paying for the subscription so I can save and view the recordings, but lately it hasn’t been recording clips even though I know that someone has walked in front of the camera. Also, when I get a notification that there’s movement, I often will immediately click on the notification to go into the app and see the live feed. However, it takes like 8 years for the live feed to actually load, sometimes I just give up because by the time it loads (at least 2 full minutes later) the person is already gone. What’s the point of security cameras if you can’t check what’s on the camera ?????
