This app has the potential to be helpful. However this app currently lacks a lot…mainly to work properly. Very disappointing

Besides the issue of being paid so far away from when I worked a job, the customer support is severely lacking. I think its a bot running their text customer support and as someone who really hates being on the phone that is a huge issue. When you call it’s like the person has no idea what to say unless it is written down for them. So, of my few issues, only half of one has been solved with no help from the platform or their support system. Though his will be history soon, I’m happy I gave it a shot to see for myself what the app was like.

After a week or so of using this app. It had me go to the wrong address multiple times. Not even worth it

I’m so happy they finally came out with an app. I have been with homeaglow for over a year. I’ve seen reviews saying it’s a scam or they don’t get money but I can assure you it’s not a scam. And you get your money. Homeaglow has been amazing to me. The thing with homeaglow is you have to be attentive to your clients and smart with your time. It takes a little to get used to the format but I’ve gotten wonderful clients through them and have made good money! One thing I do wish is that they had a customer support number you could call. But they do have an email through the website. I’ve referred two people already. I love homeaglow and highly recommended

It may seem appealing and it may seem like Quick the money but it’s not this company has no customer service numbers no numbers for the cleaners to call if they have issues the one call that you do get during your initial sign up is from an Indian call-center with dozens of other Indians in the background and they don’t pay you and there’s no way to find out how to get the pay when you try to enter in your info so you can get paid it keeps telling you that they were unable to properly set up your deposit and then gives you a long line of code point blank. It’s an Indian scam from overseas.

Homeaglow is unethical. Apply only if you would like to waste your time and resources.
