Homeaglow for Cleaners

I love this app

10 out of 12 jobs cancelled about 24 hours before I was scheduled. No cancellation fees (for different reasons). I plan out my week since I have a job and kids already, then jobs get cancelled. I talked to to different clients claiming they never needed a cleaner or they scheduled one time before. I’ve sister so much time, planning and thinking i was going to be making money last time I scheduled (6hrs,6 hrs,4 hrs, 4 hrs) at 20$ is 400$ I was planning on making and made 0$ also scheduled my other job around this. If I could work all jobs I claim it would be 4 star. You guys have alot of work to do on this app.

I go to invoice my client come time to pay and Homeaglow deactivated my page when trying to confirm my payment. Never received. Worked past my 3 hours as well.

The app functionality is good but the individual sent to my home to clean was a weird situation. The person who was “background checked” actually had someone else come and clean my house. I was unable to reach anyone via phone and continuously got charged. It was a headache! Good concept but I personally would appreciate better knowledge around the individuals who we are letting in our homes.

I accidentally entered my social security number wrong. Was in a hurry. I had two jobs lined up. And the app kicks me of or frozen my account. No one to talk to have a phone call scheduled and never gotten a call. Unprofessional.

Done great things for me! I love to clean so it works. It’s not very competitive but there is a lot of work if you want it!!
