The Alarming state needs to be a different colour to the Alarmed state . Both are red and both show a closed padlock. The only difference is ing and ed both in red. Why not blue or flashing. But something different. Yellow could be good as well

Genuinely the worst app in existence. Why even have an app when 99% of the time it doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good idea but sadly does not work the app spends more time not working than work login errors and can’t login issues such a shame because when it works it’s good just sadly I would say 90 percent of the time it does not work 😞

Thanks for adding the ability for cctv connection, however it would be perfect if the app could notify if there is motion detected. Apart from that, great app, very secure and provides untimely peace of mind both home and away. Thanks

Not ready. Not finished. Lacking basic functionality such as storage settings. Unprofessional. Not happy.

This app is terrible. I never connect to the door can never see images through the app.. if anyone rings the doorbell by time it even tried to connect the person‘s gone anyway.

After using the app, broadly unsuccessfully, for a couple of days, it appears the app is designed more for the installers than end-users.

Really pleased with my new doorbell and chime and the app functionality that comes with it. Having the ability to check the status of my alarm via the app makes me feel secure and know that my dog is safe at home!

As a customer and an installer I’ve not had any issues with this app, my customers find it easy to use also, it connects straight away, I think it makes a difference if you have someone teach you how to use it, & if your a DIY’er installing the alarm you will run into issues, leave it to the professionals before you start trolling the company and its creators.
