Cannot use
Give five coz I suppose this should be a useful app, but I cannot use it. School sent me invitation and I can see it. However, I cannot get verification email. I submitted this issue on your website but no response.
Doesn’t send me any emails so I can’t be verified
Even though I tried to verify my email 100000times a day, they don’t send me any verification email so I still can’t go see the pictures. This app is terrible

I’ve been using this app for my classroom this year. I’m frustrated with it now in times of “distance learning”, as many times I get a post all written and ready to go, it uploads, shows it is posting and then DISAPPEARS. Very frustrating and time consuming for this reason. I am choosing not to change platforms and confuse parents, but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve searched for where I can get tech help, but there seems to be none. I won’t be using it next year.
Need an update!
It crashes right after I open it! Need to restart my phone and it'll work for a bit and crashes again! Please fix it! Otherwise great app!

Frustrating app never works
My preschool uses this app and i am writing as a teacher. I’m not able to upload pictures and in the event that I am, it takes forever. As a busy teacher this app is frustrating and disappointing. I have tried one picture at a time and it still doesn’t work. Any input is appreciated
Why can’t I just view the pictures without setting up an account?
That is all.
