So much slow in every action as well hangup much. And the wish list doesn’t always save what u press for! Although one time i ordered a product and came totally different so i called their customer service which was supportive and took it back! But why the hassle and non commitment from the beginning Be transparent! Those 2 stars for customer service only..
I had already deleted the application because you are not professional at all. مفيش احترام للعملاء تماما شركة نصابة بتعرض منتجات وهمية للعملاء وبعد ما العملاء تشتري وتتخصم الفلوس من حسابهم ويفضل العميل منتظر الاوردر يوصل لمدة اكتر من اسبوع بعدها بمنتهى الاستفزاز يتلغي الاوردر بدون سابق أنظار وبدون تبليغ العميل يعني مفيش اي احترام لحقوق العملاء ووقتهم الموضوع اتكرر في ٣ اوردرات مختلفة في نفس الشهر يعني قمة في الاستهزاء والنصب ع العملاء !!!!!!
كنت طلبت metal and glass side table 2 pieces و تم تاكيد الطلب انهم 2 pieces و بعد اسبوع من التواصل على رقمي الخاص و تصوير منتجات مختلفة عن طلبي و كان المبرر انه بنظهر الخامة و اللون بعد الانتهاء من التصنيع معلومات المنتج رمز المنتج التعريفي(SKU): STLTA8 كمية: 1 أسم العنصر: Metal and glass Side table 2 pieces - Gold بعد التواصل لمدة ٦ ايام على رقمي الخاص تم إرسال (مساء الخير بنأكد ان طلب حضرتك عباره عن تربيزه جانبيه واحده فقط دهبي ب زجاج شفاف وهتوصلك فخلال بكره او بعده) و لما تواصلت مع الapplication تم الرد عليا ان موضح في الصورة انها ترابيزة واحدة😅
لو في اقل من نجمة كنت اديتهالكم
اضافه المنتج للعربه و اتمام عمليه الشراء لا يعمل
من ازبل الابليكشنات وناس ولا عندها التزام بالمواعيد وبعد ٤٣ يوم يقولوا من هنقدر نوصل حاجه زباله وابليكشن منصحش حد بيه
They take the money from the payment application I received confirmation and order number and then told me no order confirmed and we don’t have the money noting that it is already deducted from me and i sent all needed proofs Bad service and not recommended at all بعد ما سحبو الفلوس من ابلكيشن الدفع وًكل حاجه متأكده مع رقم للعمليه و رقم للشرا قالولى الفلوس متسحبتش و اصل مشكله من السيستم ورينا الرساله استهتار بفلوس الناس و خدمه سيئه و غير مرشح لاى حد سئ بجد
I will cut it short! 1- Delivery policy is 15 to 28 days. Actual was 43 days! And order arrived missing items. 2- worst customer service and follow-up. Submitted 9 follow-up requests and non of them were met during late delivery. And submitted many complaints and they never call back. 3- Delivery of furniture was scheduled 5 times and they don’t show up as they scheduled. Then they show up at 3:00 am in the morning unscheduled. 4- Installation of the furniture turns out to be with another visit from a so called experienced technician and it has been another 4 weeks now with 1 scheduled visit and the technician did not show up and too many phone calls and still no response from the customer service. 5- As for the missing items “coffee table”! I haven’t got my refund and they keep mentioning that I should take a voucher to buy something else instead. And I don’t want to buy anything from them after all of what happened and they are giving me this as an only solution. Worst experience and in my opinion they’re nothing but a bunch of hustlers!
طلبت كرسي من عندهم وكان يوم ميعلم بيه غير ربنا قعد ١٥ يوم لحد ما استلمته
One of the baddest application to order AC in Egypt I ordered AC .they have forwarded to one of their reseller.he is not responsible and committed with his appointments and keeps arguing about his delay when i asked homez mart to cancel order they told me you have to wait 14 days to get your money back which is not announced during the purchasing order.don’t west your money with this kind of cheating people
