يبيع لكم منتجات رديئة ولمن قيمت الكنب انه سيء ما حطوا تقييمي بس يحطون اللي يقيمون تقييم زين الله لا يبارك لهم

My nephew made a order for a desk 2022 of April and it came may 2. The box was so damaged and the desk it’s self was a different Color other then the one we wanted, She was heartbroken because the desk was badly damaged And a leg was missing. I tried contacting the app but they Didn’t answer and I was left with wasted money and my nephew sad. I also ordered this with my money. 😑😕

So I recently downloaded your app and I would like to ask some questions first 1-do you accept Apple Pay on your app or do I pay you when the product is delivered? 2-if I request a product that requires help to be installed like a curtain or something will your worker install it for me?

Had many things ordered some of which were delivered in perfect condition, other however have come with defects and once the order is accepted it’s yours to keep, their insurance policy is very vague and unreliable. The last order I made took 62 days to get completed, has not been delivered yet, when I reached out to customer service to speak to a manger I was told it takes 24 hours. Waited almost 60 hours and nobody reached out. Very bad customer service, poor delivery service and overall not a professional establishment as much as it is a platform to find the furniture you are looking for at a marked up price. Never dealing with them again.

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم، كل من لديه مشكله معهم عليه اللجوء الي حمايه المستهلك, لن يقوموا بعمل اي شئ لحل المشكله.كل واحد من خدمه العملاء تكلمه كانه اول مره يسمع الموضوع و يقوللك انا هشوف واتصل عليك و لا يحدث ابدا علاوه علي انهم في الغالب لا يردون علي الاتصالات. لا اعرف كيف يستطيع هؤلاء الموظفين التعايش مع انفسهم و هم يعلمون انهم ينصبون علي الناس

التطبيق حلو وسهل للتصفح والطلب ، ولكن جودة الأثاث سيئة جدًا ماأنصح أحد فيها.اثاثهم زي اثاث سوق الصواريخ والصناعية. وعلى هذي اسعارهم مبالغ فيها مرة زي باقي محلات الأثاث. غير كذا يتأخروا في توصيل الطلب مررررررة.

You can’t complaint inside the app, impossible to reach and you ask for something, totally different item delivered! This is ridiculous, u r left without real support, take ur chances!
