OK when the game first came out, I loved it. I would play it every day. eventually I stop playing it for Genshin and Infinity Nikki that’s the only games I’ve been playing well besides Roblox anyways it’s 2024 and I decided to come back on now. Tell me why did my account get deleted? I lost all my five stars all my items. I’m so mad so I made a new account but every time I feel like I can’t play it cause it makes me remember my old characters and I get so mad so please tell me did I get hacked or did they just delete my account because I wasn’t on for that long I want answers. I had a Game Center account and I can’t log in and when I try to get to it doesn’t work I had that account since day one for pre registration rewards and I can’t log into which is stupid to me cause why are y’all going to get rid of something where people makes accounts on
Saying “No Internet Connection”
I was trying to log into my account and for some whenever I tried to continue to the actual gameplay’s it keep showing a notification saying “no internet connection” even though as I’m typing this out I am using the internet . Could you guys please fix this as soon a possible !! 🫶🏾

I don’t understand why everytime I delete the game and come back my account is always not able to be logged in or it says it’s not linked, I’m tired of keep having to restart and play the game just because the game doesn’t remember who I am or can’t link to my account, I won’t be playing this game unless the developers reply to my review for how to fix this or the developers to help others to fix this problem

I am so glad it’s on Mac now. I always liked this game but I never had enough space to have multiple Hoyo games on my phone. I hope you guys bring Honkai Star Rail next
