I installed this and registered my hoyoverse account then I added it and did the verification it said account or password error I tried many times after a day of trying I changed my password and tried though it still did not work then I refreshed my honkai still did not work so it's the reason I uninstalled it fix this bug issue pls

The best game ever!

This was the first Hoyo game I’ve played, and OMFG it’s amazing. Trust me when I say this, Honkai Impact is a great game and is 100% recommended!

New event glitch

So I was playing the new event and then Molotov cherry was on my team with Rita, but then only Rita was with me in the team. Idk whether it’s supposed to be like this or not but please try fix it

I spoke with customer service through email but they're no longer answering or helping me access my account. I spent money to the game but they're not helping me in logging in to my account. Just pure trash customer service.
