Fraudulent charges, don’t give them your information!

Did a one time purchase when it was pink dragon in June 2021. I’ve made no other purchases and was told about the brand change in Jan. 2023. Besides that I’ve had no further communication. They just charged me last week (June 2024). I have no subscriptions and was given no indication I was going to be charged. Working to reverse charge, but this is a mess and waste of my time.

Can’t buy new programs

JillianV19 on

I’m have a couple programs I’ve purchased from Holly but when I went to go in to see about getting another one it wouldn’t let me buy it. The screen where you go to purchase a new one is just blank. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it but it didn’t help. I want to do more but I can’t, it’s frustrating!

Malpractice and sketchy

My fiancé had a subscription with Pink Dragon over an year ago. She cancelled it less than a month after because it wasn’t useful. More than an year later after they rebranded as Hooked health. They have renewed her cancelled membership without permission and charged her $127 on her card. We checked her online subscription and it shows she has no current subscription. That means they took her payment info and illegally resubscribed her without her permission. Now we’re trying to be in contact with them to cancel the subscription and refund the money. Their online billing portal doesn’t work so the only way of contact is email.

Love the Workout-App needs work

letstrythisagain86kg on

To start- I absolutely love Holly and her routines, that is not why the I’m giving 3 stars. This app seems honestly very glitchy particularly if you choose to use a laptop, and it does deter a lot from my routine at times unfortunately as it lags significantly and seems to have some random bugs that need adjusting. I’ve emailed about a few issues but not much of a response if any. So in short, workouts and programs are awesome, app needs some work. Hope improvements are in the future because it’s a great resource.

Why Rebrand?

Julie1177712347 on

I have used this app for a while now, and the exercises are good. It’s a really helpful resource and workout routine. I don’t particularly like that there are 2 videos for the same days. I would prefer that each day only has one video with a continuous workout, but it’s good either way. I really don’t understand the rebrand to Hooked Health. I liked Pink Dragon a lot more. The name and color scheme was better. Whoever was the graphic designer for this app, or whoever did the rebrand just made the company look bad and forgettable. —-I am an interior designer and have worked in graphics and branding—. The app looks like an app you would read books on now and no longer appeals to your target audience…. It’s just bad.

Seems like every other week or so I am asked to sign in even though i have downloaded the app , so i then sign in and it says invalid credentials and prompts me to reset my password, which i do, to just be redirected once again to invalid credentials!!!!! So annoying. I like the work outs but will dump it all once i have done all the workouts

Trash

If I could give zero stars I would. You could find cheaper/free options just watching YouTube at home workouts. I bought a meal program as well and it was definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t waste your money with this program subscription.

Please don’t purchase

They do not offer your money back. My app is lagging. It doesn’t even work. I think I got 1 and a half minutes into my workout that it stopped working, I stopped trying after about ten minutes. I reached out to their “customer service” they responded but without any solutions. Just saying “sorry about that, make sure your wifi is connected” totally useless. And I know my wifi is working considering I used other workout apps just the day before. I tried the next day to use this app thinking I may be just my wifi being weird. Same conclusion. I just wasted my money. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Not functional all the time

hol_luss on

United States

I am into week 2 of a workout program and the app does not update when I have completed a section so it shows I have missed days when I haven’t. The app also lost the ability to AirPlay to my tv so I awkwardly have to hold my phone while I’m working out or keep bending over to check the screen to see if my time is up. I can airplay the videos from week 1 but this second week doesn’t work at all with the app.

Scam

This app and whole ordeal is a massive scam. Paid and tried to use but none of my login existed, etc. Ridiculous.
