I never rate apps, this is a first. I have tried many exercise apps but this is 5 star. So many options. I have been using it for 2 weeks (only the Pilates part) and it’s amazing. Plus Lily is infectiously fun to practice with. Stop searching, this is the app.
I’ve tried a lot of YouTube workouts that didn’t work for me and then I’ve discovered Lilly and she changed my life. I’ve started her workouts 3 years ago on YouTube and then I kept following her on the app. I absolutely love it, it had so different kinds of workouts that you can never get tired of it. She had me fall in love with working out not just for an aesthetic goal but also to feel confident, powerful and mentally at peace. She with the other trainers had helped me and continue to help me to feel at my best, I will always support her and the app and I look forward to see what’s next!!
Lilly and her program literraly changed my life! Almost 4 years ago I started my journey with lean with lilly, as I was looking for a program to get in shape for my wedding. Lilly helped me getting the best shape of my life. I felt more confident, strong and loved my new me! Meanwhile I got pregnant and had to stop for a while the workouts. Now I startet again and am joining a new program with Lilly. Love it already! I really missed working out! Thank you Lilly!
Listen up. I could spend many words to express how much I love this app, however I feel like the best thing I can say is that it changed my life because Lily and her crew taught me to feel my body, to love it, to push it, to take care of it. From the pandemic onwards, never without it! Excellent, excellent job, Lily! Now it’s my turn to say it: you smashed it, I am so proud of you!
I’ve been doing Lilly’s workout plans for a year by now and I can gurantee that her passion and exercises really help to build your dream body. I’m really satisfied
Se siete in cerca di rimettervi in forma e lo volete fare da casa questa app fa al caso vostro. Veramente tanta scelta di tipologia, fattibili per tutte le fasce anche per quelli che si allenano di più. La super consiglio la uso da mesi.

Onestamente avevo le aspettative alte viste tutte le recensioni positive. L’app risulta piena di bug, soprattutto nel collegamento tra mobile e desktop. Impossibile scegliere gli esercizi in base all’equipaggiamento necessario o al tempo, cosa che personalmente trovo estremamente fastidiosa. Ho già disdetto l’iscrizione, non consiglio
