Take care this service not cover all the kingdom , my wallet has a bal and when i moved to Riyadh that not covered by this service and asked the support to the feasible way i can cash back my bal. They have answer with no solution plus the delay in answer so take care of this point .

You can’t register The app telling you your age is less than 18 even if your age is 1000 years

Today l entered hop on and l saw that my account was deleted and no one entered my account and they had took it and l want to report it and I’m very un happy with my service 👎👎👎

Fast scooter but laggy and crooked app

The app needs a lot of enhancements, I always get extra charged due to a delay from their side, or the helmet sensor did not catch the helmet yet. This costed me a lot.

Very easy to use app and durable scooters 👍. Faced some technical issues and the tech team was very helpful and dealt with the problem asap.
