Delayed , doesn't respect the client

I dont know this app i knew it throught talabat promo code .. the lady came without cleaning material while there is nothing in the app shows it will come without cleaning material .. i called customer service they said will send u cleaning material .. the lady took more than 30 mins to get it from down then came and started cleaning .. shes about to leave before time i told her did u do my table she said yes .. i checked the table its dusty and not clean she cleaned it .. then shes leaving .. i told her did u do the balcony ? .. she said no do u need ? I told her ofcourse yes .. she didn spend 1:30 cleaning and she wants to leave .. worst experience with this app

Every time late coming of cleaner and last visit was a disaster .they called me before visit by 30 minutes telling me the cleaner is absent and they will send another one 5 hours later. Then they called 10 minutes before the time of rescheduled visit telling me she will be late for more 30 minutes,i ruined my day waiting for the cleaner. the shock was at the end of day when they withdrawed the money again without my permission.they withdrawn money for the late visit as a new visit.they used my information at the app and took money without permission.this is a disaster crew and management

The application often reports errors They didn’t answer my calls to complain. And the app often crashed when i was trying to report the complain thru it. Catastrophic.

Never have I ever seen such a service in Dubai. Starting with the app, cleaners, customer service.. everything is done with one thing in mind and it is not the customer

Matic app is very good, easy now after the latest update, the only think that I’m not happy about is the last price raise per 4 hours.

I booked an appointment early in the morning for 2hours cleaning from 2PM. Called them at 2:30pm to find that cleaner is stuck somewhere. 2:45pm their customer services agent called me and said that they cleaner will reach at 5:00pm I meant she even had the courage to say this and when I said are you serious about this she said yes else we can return your money. I guess they are hopeless and the company will crash down due to such unprofessional and senseless customer and resource management

This is a full customer experience which goes beyond the app itself, and so far what matic proved is that they can’t be up to what they promise. Disconnected teams, unkept promises, lots of apologies, and subpar service is going to lead this great potential to crumble.
