HOPP ON IT. There are blinker features too!!!! They’ve thought of everything

I gave them my credit card info for a ride where the scooter turned out not to work. They charged me $16 despite me reporting the issue and attempting to end the ride multiple times. Never again.

This scooter slow as helllll! And the slow down zone! Omg I can walk that fast. Yall need to revamp

Would not go over 2 miles an hour after two minutes of riding would really like my money back for a waste of time

NEVER USE THIS IF YOUR TRAVEL IS TIME SENSITIVE (30-60 min delay every time) With 60% off, prices are exactly same as uber’s prices. Drivers keep on cancelling the rides because they probably don’t get paid enough? Start booking 30-60 minutes prior to when you actually want to leave. I was trying to use it to go to the neighbouring city for a game. My team charges $20 to anyone who is late. I booked ahead of time via hopp and rides were getting accepted but cancelled by driver in every couple minutes. This went on for 20 minutes!! I ended up booking uber.

Too slow

Similarly to the May 11th review “Driver scammed me - Zero support from Hopp,” a driver on 7/30 refused to pick me up because he claimed my luggage wouldn’t fit in his empty trunk. The driver waited 7 minutes to cancel yet lied and said I wouldn’t be charged. When I contacted support, first they claimed I should have notified the driver that I had bags despite the pickup spot being at an airport. Then, support doubled down and claimed “the fee was applied correctly” despite having evidence the driver was parked at the airport afterwards. Apparently this is habitual with this company so avoid at ALL cost. I wish I was aware prior.

Super helpful , something I would recommend

The app starts the timer before the driver has even parked, resulting in an extra wait time fee even though I had been waiting outside and looking for them after driver parked past the pick up spot. Customer support was absolutely no help.
