They don't want to transfer money back to bank.

I have almost 70 euros on my wallet. I've been to Belgium only for some time. Assistant doesn't solve my issue, e-mail support didn't even reply to my mail. Avoid using Apple pay, or bank card, because your money can be stuck on hoppy wallet forever.
